The Grange Community Infant School

I play, I learn, I belong

Vision and Values

Welcome to the Grange Community Infant School

As Headteacher of The Grange Community Infant School, I am delighted to introduce you to our school. The Grange has three-forms of entry with a capacity of 270 children between four and seven years of age. We have a large team of highly skilled cohesive staff who believe in developing the whole child as successful future global citizens who strive for excellence in everything they do. Our school promotes a positive growth mindset to enable everyone to achieve their full potential. We encourage children to be confident, independent learners, who understand that achieving success requires effort, practice and resilience and that making mistakes is an essential part of the learning process.

We work really hard to make our school a beautiful place and are very proud of the quality of our learning environment. Instilling a love of learning is at the centre of our school. We aim to encourage children in their strengths, whilst supporting them to embrace new challenges.

Our school philosophy is to provide our children with the best possible all-around inclusive education in a safe caring and loving environment. We aim to create a culture where thinking and learning flourishes.

At The Grange Community Infant School, we continuously endeavour to develop positive relationships with parents and the community, which supports to nurture our children through these three very important years of education.

We are an ambitious school and believe in success for all. This success is due to all who are involved with our school - staff, parents, governors and most importantly of all, the children. They are brilliant!

We at The Grange Community Infant School always look forward to working with our community to secure excellent outcomes for our learners.
