  • A visit from the Mayor of Runnymede

    Today we were very lucky to have been visited by the Mayor of Runnymede, Councillor Elaine Gill. She met with our school council to hear what they had been discussing, gave out certificates in our celebration assembly and awarded our special Magna Carta to a previous member of the school council. It was wonderful to have her visit our school. 

  • Earth Day

    The whole school took part in Earth Day today. This international day was introduced 50 years ago and as part of The Grange's contribution we have tried hard not to turn on the lights. There are many ways in which we teach the children the importance of looking after our earths resources. Our Eco-school councillors gave each class a spider plant and reminded us that we can collect stamps and batteries at school for recycling.

    We would like to wish all of the Grange school community a very happy and safe Easter. We look forward to seeing you back in school on Tuesday 19th April.
